PARTNER AGREEMENT
Affiliate Program Terms
To protect our brand and our partners, every affiliate must follow these guidelines. Violations result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.
1. No medical or disease claims
You may not claim that our peptides treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease or medical condition. All content must position products as research compounds.
2. No misleading marketing
No fake testimonials, fake earnings screenshots, before/after photos representing therapeutic outcomes, or guaranteed-result language.
3. No spam
No unsolicited email, SMS, DM blasts, or forum/comment spam. Do not post your link in communities where promotion is prohibited.
4. No brand bidding
You may not bid on "First Labs", "FirstLabsPH", or close variants in Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, or any paid search/social platform.
5. No self-referrals
You may not use your own referral link or discount code for personal purchases. Self-referral orders will be reversed and may trigger suspension.
6. Honest attribution only
Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, and click manipulation are prohibited. We monitor traffic quality and reverse fraudulent conversions.
7. Compliance with local law
You are responsible for tax reporting in your jurisdiction and for complying with the FTC, ASA, and equivalent disclosure rules. Always disclose your affiliate relationship.
8. Right to terminate
First Labs may suspend or terminate any affiliate at any time for breach of these terms. Pending unpaid commissions tied to violations are forfeit.
