Question 1

What is FirstLabs PH?

Accepted Answer

FirstLabs PH is a Canada and Philippines based research peptide supplier. We source high-purity compounds from trusted manufacturing partners, verify every batch through third-party HPLC testing, and ship discreetly with professional customer support.

Question 2

Are products intended for human consumption?

Accepted Answer

No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, not for medical or clinical use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Question 3

How long does shipping take in Canada?

Accepted Answer

Canadian orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your province and the courier. A tracking number is provided by email once your parcel is in transit.

Question 4

How long does shipping take in the Philippines?

Accepted Answer

Philippines orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Metro Manila typically arrives in 2–4 business days; provincial addresses usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Tracking is shared by email when available.

Question 5

Do you provide lab reports or COAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical and Freedom Diagnostic Testing. You can view current Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on our Lab Reports page, and we are happy to email the specific COA for any batch on request.

Question 6

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Interac e-Transfer (EMT) for Canadian customers, and cryptocurrency (USDT). EMT and crypto orders are processed once payment is confirmed by our team.

Question 7

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Accepted Answer

Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, contact firstlabsph@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Question 8

How should products be stored?

Accepted Answer

Unopened lyophilized peptides should be stored at 2–8°C protected from light, or at –20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, vials should be kept refrigerated and used within roughly 60 days. Specific storage details for each compound are listed on the product page.

Question 9

Does bacteriostatic water need to be refrigerated?

Accepted Answer

Sealed bacteriostatic water does not need to be refrigerated. Room temperature is fine as long as the vial is kept in a cool, dark place away from excessive heat. Refrigerate only after the vial has been punctured. If stored in the fridge, temperature changes can sometimes make the solution look foamy or cloudy after mixing, but it remains effective and usable.

Question 10

How can customers contact support?

Accepted Answer

Email our support team at firstlabsph@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days and can help with order status, payment confirmation, tracking, COA requests, and product information.

Question 11

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product information visible on the outside.
