Refund, Replacement & Product Quality Policy
At First Labs PH, we stand behind the accuracy and quality of every order. We aim to provide high-purity research compounds packaged and handled with care.
Natural Variations
Because research peptides are lyophilized compounds, slight variations in appearance may naturally occur depending on the peptide, batch, temperature exposure, storage conditions, and reconstitution method.
- Some compounds may appear white, off-white, or slightly tinted
- Dissolve immediately or require several minutes
- Require gentle swirling after adding bacteriostatic water
- Temporarily show small bubbles or light cloudiness during mixing
This does not automatically indicate a defective product.
Best Handling Practices
- Use bacteriostatic water
- Add solution slowly along the vial wall
- Avoid aggressive shaking
- Refrigerate after reconstitution
If a product does not properly reconstitute after following recommended handling procedures, customers may still contact us for review even if the vial has been opened and mixed.
Eligible Issues for Review
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product on arrival
- Missing item from the order
- Leakage or compromised vial integrity
- Verified product defect
- Abnormal reconstitution issues after proper handling
How to Request a Review
To request a review, customers must contact support within 48 hours of identifying the issue and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the vial, label, and packaging
- Short description of the concern
- Photos/videos after reconstitution if applicable
Contact us at support@firstlabsph.com with your order ID and details.
Resolution
If a verified issue is confirmed, First Labs PH may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Customer satisfaction remains important to us, and all concerns will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
