Question 1

How does the referral program work?

Accepted Answer

Everyone who signs up or places an order gets a personal referral code, including affiliates. You do not need to buy anything first. Your friends get a discount on their first purchase, and you earn store credit as your friends complete their first paid orders. Sign in at firstlabsph.com/referrals to see your code and track your progress; existing customers should use their order email.

Question 2

What do my friends get?

Accepted Answer

Friends get 15% off their first purchase when they enter your referral code at checkout. The discount applies to their first paid order only — it is a one-time discount for new customers.

Question 3

How do I earn C$100 in store credit?

Accepted Answer

You earn C$100 in store credit when 3 friends each complete their first paid order using your referral code. A friend only counts once their payment is verified. So the first two qualified friends move you toward the reward, and the third qualified friend unlocks the C$100 automatically. There is no limit — every 3 additional qualified friends earns another C$100.

Question 4

When exactly does a friend count as "qualified"?

Accepted Answer

A friend counts when their first order using your referral code is paid and the payment has been verified. Unpaid, cancelled, or refunded orders do not count. If a friend's order is refunded or cancelled, that friend stops counting toward your reward, and any credit already earned for them is reversed.

Question 5

Where do I find my referral code?

Accepted Answer

Go to firstlabsph.com/referrals and continue with Google or Lovable to sign up or sign in. Your referral code and a shareable friend link are shown on your dashboard without requiring a purchase. If you have already ordered, use your order email to see the same code.

Question 6

How is my store credit applied when I order?

Accepted Answer

Your store credit is linked to a private credit code (RC-…) shown on your referral dashboard. Place your order as usual and enter the credit code in the discount code field at checkout, using the same email as your referral account. The credit reduces your order subtotal up to your available balance — if the order is smaller than your credit, the unused credit stays in your balance for next time.

Question 7

Does store credit expire? Can I get it paid out?

Accepted Answer

Your credit does not expire and unused credit stays in your balance. Store credit is not cash: it can only be used toward FirstLabs PH orders, cannot be transferred between accounts, and no cash payout or refund is given for the credit portion of an order.

Question 8

Can credit be taken away after I earn it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If a qualifying friend's order is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding reward is reversed from your balance. That friend also stops counting toward the current group of three, so a replacement qualifying friend is needed before the reward counts again.

Question 9

Can I refer myself or use my own code?

Accepted Answer

No. Self-referrals are not allowed — you cannot use your own referral code on your own orders, and orders placed to your own email with your own code do not count. Referral codes also cannot be combined with wholesale pricing or other discount codes on the same order.

Question 10

Is this the same as the affiliate program?

Accepted Answer

They are separate programs, and affiliates can join both. Keep your affiliate code for commission, or share your separate FR- customer referral code so new friends get 15% off and their verified first orders count toward your C$100 store credit. Find your store-credit referral code at firstlabsph.com/referrals. Each order earns only one reward — it cannot earn both affiliate commission and referral store credit.

Question 11

How will I know when my C$100 credit unlocks?

Accepted Answer

When a reward unlocks, an email is sent to the email on your referral account confirming the amount, your available balance, and your credit code. You can also see your balance, qualified friends, progress to the next reward, and your full credit activity on the referral dashboard at firstlabsph.com/referrals.

Question 12

Do I have to wait for the refund period to pass?

Accepted Answer

No. Your C$100 store credit unlocks as soon as the third qualifying friend's payment is verified — no refund waiting period. If that friend later refunds or cancels, the credit is reversed at that point.
