Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Packaging

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact support@firstlabsph.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Verified lost shipments are reshipped at no charge.
