Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Packaging
All shipments are sealed in tamper-evident, temperature-stable, unbranded packaging for discretion. Cold-chain materials are used where required.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact firstlabsph@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Verified lost shipments are reshipped at no charge.
