Sealed BAC water does not need to be refrigerated and may be kept at room temperature as long as it is stored in a cool, dark place away from excessive heat. Refrigeration is only required after the vial has been punctured. If stored in the fridge, temperature shifts can occasionally make the solution look foamy or cloudy after mixing, but it remains effective and usable. For laboratory research use only.
